As we continue to grow through 2015, our in place structure, processes, and technologies help us score our successes and also streamline various aspects of the business as we continue to scale.

From Day One, Elite SEM has lived by the policy of open air offices with many conference/meeting rooms but NO private offices. Not only does this policy save the company money in terms of office space, it also creates an atmosphere that encourages communication, idea sharing, and a true team atmosphere with even the Founder/CEO sitting at a desk in the middle of room.

Elite SEM spares no expense when it comes to technology by providing its employees with anything they need to make their jobs easier. All employees have Apple laptops equipped with top of the line video conferencing, making it easy to work together in a conference room with clients in offices across the globe or employees on a beach in the Caribbean.

Elite SEM lives on the cloud with a paperless office and the latest tools, including Google Apps, Dropbox, online contracts, CRM tools, and collaboration tools to scale with the company’s projected growth.

Each of our offices continues to organize events and activities to improve the surroundings of each office location. Elite SEM employees are adjunct professors at universities across the country in an effort to “give back” our SEM/SEO knowledge and groom tomorrow’s up-and-coming digital marketers of the world.

In 2010, Elite SEM started the Elite Cares Program to offer Free SEM services and support to Non-Profits with Google Grants. We also provide free SEO training and consulting. In 2015, Elite Cares is helping more than 10 nonprofits with plans to add at least two new nonprofits to the program every year.
Our community will always be important to Elite SEM as we continue giving back in the areas where we work.
